Fujifilm now presents the Tripod Grip TG-BT1 as a new accessory dedicated to its X series mirrorless digital cameras. This is a tripod that allows users to shoot from various angles with ease. Through it, it allows the camera angle to be adjusted up to 180 degrees vertically and 360 degrees horizontally.
This at the same time allows it to be used for optimal recording when taking selfies. Then by rotating it vertically, it facilitates the process of low-angle video recording. The connection between the accessories and the camera is via Bluetooth to allow users to take advantage of the features and functions provided. For example, such as the ability to record, zoom, lock and various photo modes that can be used without having to touch the camera.
This tripod comes with a height of 172.3mm and weighs about 205.5 grams with a retractable leg support. Its compact size allows it to function well, as well as making it easy to store comfortably even in a small bag. It is also said to be able to withstand a maximum load weight of 1.5kg, in addition to being advertised as a weatherproof product. However, Fujifilm did not share more about its level of durability.
Among the supported camera models are X-T5 / X-T4 / X-T3 / X-S10 / X-T30 II / X-T30. Availability for the Malaysian market is not yet known.
