The Motorola Moto X30 Pro was previously launched as the first smartphone with a 200MP camera that uses an ISOCELL HP 1 sensor. Apart from that, it also packs some other interesting features such as a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip, a 144Hz refresh rate and 125W charging.
A new development reveals that there is a new variant for the Motorola X series that will arrive soon. Known as the Motorola Moto X40, its introduction is scheduled to take place around this December but no specific date or time has been set so far. Some key specifications on the device were also revealed.
This includes the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip used for the mainstay, at the same time making it in the group of flagship specification devices. At the same time, it will also be loaded with IP68 waterproof and dustproof capabilities as additional protection.
According to initial expectations, the device is believed to use a 6.67-inch OLED screen with FHD+ resolution. Also included is a tri-camera with a 50MP + 50MP + 12MP setup that also supports optical zoom capabilities up to 4X.
