"After analysis, most of the origins of the attackers came from the United States," he added, adding that the attacks came from Germany and the Netherlands.
Cyber attacks have been a major issue between the United States and China for some time. The reason is the US government accuses China of carrying out cyber-espionage to steal important data from the US.
However, China claims that they did not carry out any cyber attacks at all and the US statement is called a humiliating accusation.
Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, cyberspace has also been colored by various attacks on both Ukraine and Russia. The Russian government is accused of carrying out a DDoS attack that toppled a number of government and corporate websites in Ukraine.
