Siri with Apple Intelligence was shown at WWDC last year with features such as remembering email content, being able to make suggestions, remembering people's names in pictures and better understanding the context of questions. After a year, this feature has not yet become a reality until Apple has removed the advertisement for it.
According to the latest Bloomberg report, Siri with Apple Intelligence will be launched around March 2026 through the iOS 26.4 update. The process of integrating artificial intelligence (AI) into Siri has faced various technical issues with Craig Federighi saying that it is related to the quality of the user experience that does not pass the standards.
In an interview with WSJ, Federighi said that the Siri demo at WWDC last year existed and worked but after the next version was developed, it did not work at the expected level. He denied reports that the Siri demo last year was faked and just a WhatsApp application.
Apple is currently lagging behind Google, which not only offered Gemini that worked as advertised at Google I/O last year, but also introduced a variety of other new features at I/O this year that were truly amazing.
