Xiaomi has started offering their electric cars to consumers in China since 2024. In 2025, Xiaomi also began offering another electric car model under them.
Most recently, Xiaomi is seen to have produced over 400,000 electric cars to buyers in China throughout 2025. Xiaomi currently has two car models, namely the YU7 SUV and the SU7 sedan. With the offering of these two models alone, Xiaomi has managed to set its own record with the production of over 400,000 electric cars throughout 2025.
With these figures, Xiaomi will certainly increase their target for 2026. According to initial reports, Xiaomi is expected to introduce two more new models of their electric cars in 2026, before starting to expand its offerings to the global market.
