Apple Sells Washcloth for USD 19

Apple has just launched the newest MacBook Pro at the lowest price of USD 1,999. No need to be afraid that your expensive MacBook Pro will get dirty quickly, because Apple also sells special washcloths.

This duster, called Apple Polishing Cloth, was released at the same time as the MacBook Pro, M1 Pro and M1 Max chipsets, and Airpods 3. Just like other Apple products, this washcloth is of course sold at a premium price of USD 19.

This gray washcloth is made of an unspecified non-abrasive material. Apple claims this rag can be used to clean all Apple devices, including glass with nano-textures, safely and effectively.

It's not known what distinguishes Apple's washcloths from other, much cheaper microfiber cloths. To make it look different from other washcloths, Apple embeds its apple logo on this washcloth.

Apple does recommend that users clean their devices using a soft, lint-free cloth, and avoid abrasive cloths, towels, paper towels, or similar items. By buying an Apple Polishing Cloth, Apple fanboys certainly don't need to be confused about how to clean their favorite device.

Interestingly, on the official website this duster has a list of compatible devices. This Apple Polishing Cloth can be used for iPhone SE first generation to iPhone 13, iPad mini first generation to iPad Pro fifth generation, iMac Pro 2017 to MacBook Pro 2021, Apple Watch Series 1 to Series 7, and iPod shuffle fourth generation to iPod touch generation seventh.

In addition, this rag can also be used to clean the Pro Display XDR, Apple's most expensive screen at a price of USD 6,000. But when Pro Display XDR was launched two years ago, the special washcloth was already available in the sales package for free because it was made specifically for cleaning screens with nano-textures.
