Samsung Galaxy A73 Design and Specification Leaks Revealed

Samsung is preparing to launch its Galaxy A series phones next year. One of them is the Galaxy A73 whose design and specifications have been leaked.

Leaked renders of the Galaxy A73 design and specifications come from tipsters OnLeaks and Zoutons. In terms of design, the Galaxy A73 looks not much different from its predecessor with a body made of plastic.

Renders of the Galaxy A73 show a phone with a rectangular camera module that contains four rear cameras and an LED flash. In the center of the screen there is a punch-hole that contains the front camera.

The power and volume buttons are placed on the right side of the phone, while the bottom is filled with the USB-C port, speaker and microphone. Just like the Galaxy A53, Samsung has also removed the 3.5mm headphone jack on the Galaxy A73.

Turning to the specifications, the Galaxy A73 will use a 6.7-inch AMOLED screen with Full HD + resolution. Reportedly this screen will be equipped with a 90Hz refresh rate, but previous leaks claimed 120Hz.

On the back there are four cameras with a 108 MP main camera. The specifications for the other three rear cameras as well as the front camera are still unknown.

This phone will be powered by the Snapdragon 750G chipset with 8GB RAM configuration and 128GB internal memory, but there will most likely be other memory configurations, as quoted from GSM Arena, Friday (12/3/2021).

The Galaxy A73 battery is estimated to have a capacity of 5,000 mAh with 33W fast charging. The phone will run Android 12 and has an IP67 certification which makes it water resistant.

The Samsung Galaxy A73 will come with a choice of Gold and Black colors. This phone is predicted to debut in India next year at a price of 32,999 Rupees.
