Samsung seems to already have a successor to the Galaxy Note series. The phone is the Galaxy S22 Ultra 5G which is now the first S series to get S Pen support.
For the first time, the S Pen is directly embedded in an S Series device that was always present in the Note series. This is the second time that Samsung has given the S Pen to its newest cellphone after previously being given the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold3 and equipped with the same technology.
The S Pen on the Galaxy S22 Ultra 5G is the fastest and most responsive Samsung has ever built, due to its 70% lower latency. This allows users to write and draw more naturally on the Galaxy S22 Ultra 5G screen.
With the S Pen that can be operated on the Galaxy S22 Ultra 5G, Samsung is not half-hearted in providing performance on this device. At its heart, a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset is embedded in this phone.
It is also supported by 4nm fabrication that accommodates AI and Machine Learning processors. This makes the Galaxy S22 Ultra 5G along with the Galaxy S22 5G and Galaxy S22+ 5G, the first smartphones equipped with this chipset on the market. This chipset also supports Wi-Fi 6E, which is up to twice as fast as Wi-Fi 6.
Its powerful performance is supported by a large 5,000 mAH battery that features 45W super fast charging. So users can record videos for 54 minutes to stream four episodes of the series, only charging for 10 minutes.
Regarding the screen, the Galaxy S22 Ultra 5G comes with an immersive 2X Dynamic AMOLED screen, complete with a large 6.8-inch size and 120Hz adaptive refresh rate. To further spoil the eye, the brightness level of this phone is up to 1,750nit.
There is also one feature that makes this phone even more victorious, namely the Vision Booster technology which makes the Galaxy S22 Ultra 5G screen intelligently adjust its brightness level throughout the day, even when the user is in the sun.
Samsung also continues to embed a capable camera in this latest generation of the S series. For the Galaxy S22 Ultra 5G, a camera with a 2.4um pixel sensor is embedded, the largest ever in a Samsung smartphone.
