Some of the MotoGP riders went straight home as soon as the race was over. But Fabio Quartararo still seems at home. At least as seen on his Instagram Stories which can be seen by millions of followers, this French racer seems to be enjoying Lombok even longer.
Seen in the Stories, Quartararo is still at the hotel and relaxing with a man he calls his brother. He posted that post about 8 hours ago.
Then in the next Stories about 3 hours ago, Quartararo seemed to treat some kids ice cream. "Is the ice cream good?" heard him say. "Thanks Fabio," replied a kid who just got ice cream.
The last Stories post for the racer who defended the Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP was a thank you to the Indonesian fans. Maybe he will go home soon and get ready for the next race in Argentina.
"Thank you to all Indonesian fans for their presence and support. See you next year," wrote El Diablo, who won the MotoGP world last year.
Quartararo did seem to really enjoy being in Mandalika and hanging out with local residents. He immediately became news when he bought another starter pack at a credit counter.
Quartararo also patiently served photo requests from fans. The peak yesterday, he was in the spotlight because he imitated the movement of the rain handler at the Pertamina Mandalika Circuit. Previously, he was also seen laughing when he was in the paddock and seeing the behavior of the fans in the stands dancing.
Of course, Fabio Quartararo is also happy to be in second place at the Mandalika MotoGP after being worried because the circuit was wet after the rain. He only lost to Miguel Oliviera who defended KTM Red Bull.
