GIGABYTE is a component brand that is also known for offering gaming laptops and displays. Recently, they have introduced two laptop models GIGABYTE G5 and GIGABYTE G7 for mid-range gaming and productivity.
Both of these laptops come with a display size of 15.6 and 17.3 inches and have a Full HD resolution with a refresh rate of 144Hz. Both of these laptops are also powered by an Intel Core i5-12500H CPU with 16GB DDR5 memory options and 512GB NVMe PCIe4 SSD storage. Both memory and storage options can be upgraded up to 64GB and 2TB if desired.
The GIGABYTE G5 and G7 also come with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050, RTX 3050 Ti and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 graphics cards that are powerful enough to run modern games at Full HD resolution without any problems.
In terms of plug offerings, both laptops come with one Thunderbolt 4 plug, one USB 3.2 Type-C plug, one USB 3.2 Type-A plug, one USB 2.0 plug, one 3.5mm audio plug, one HDMI 2.1 plug and one MicroSD card reader.
Both of these laptops also come with a thickness of around 25mm and a weight of 2KG, making this series of powerful laptops not too heavy and thick to carry anywhere in your backpack.
For now, GIGABYTE has not yet confirmed the price tag and when they will start selling the GIGABYTE G5 and GIGABYTE G7 laptops.
