Realme Global Shopee Store Has Been Freezed, Now It Is No Longer Accessible

It is common for Chinese device manufacturers to sell official set devices or global versions directly on online stores. Whether it's Shopee, Lazada or the official website – this sales strategy is because they can offer affordable remote device prices compared to competitors. But when there are issues such as stores not fulfilling promotional promises, not accepting warranty claims and many more, a store can be kicked out or even prevented from continuing operations.

Most recently, the official Realme Global Shopee store is seen to be no longer accessible. When opened, the Shopee page informs that this shop has been banned and the shop owner's account has been frozen. In my own review on the realme Malaysia Community Facebook Group, many people told me that this store is often irresponsible in fulfilling promotional promises. They often cancel orders made by customers when there is a cheap sales promotion on the grounds that they are out of stock.

At the time this article was written, realme Malaysia still did not issue any statement regarding the situation of realme Global's Shopee shop being blocked from access by Shopee. Hopefully any issues can be resolved as soon as possible or realme Malaysia should just combine operations with realme Global to manage just one store. what do you say
