Apple Expected to Introduce Password Management App For iPhone, iPad And Mac

Apple has previously introduced several offers as an alternative to other service providers, at the same time "killing" competing applications or services. Most recently, Apple is reportedly looking to offer a new password management application, called Passwords.

This application is expected to be introduced for iPhone, iPad and even Mac users. If this report is accurate, then we may see Apple introduce competitors to services like LastPass and even 1Password.

With this move, it is expected to make it easier for users to manage passwords compared to the current iCloud Keychain offering. Apple device users will soon be able to easily manage multiple passwords and two-factor authentication through it.

Apple is expected to share more about this offering at the WWDC 2024 event scheduled for next week.
