Realme launched its new P series phone in India with the introduction of the P2 Pro. It comes with mid-spec specs with a 120Hz curved OLED screen, a Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chip and a 50MP main camera that uses a Sony LYT-600 sensor. The full offering of the device is as follows.
Realme P2 Pro is equipped with a 6.7" curved OLED FHD+ screen and a device with a Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chip. Coupled with a memory of up to 12GB RAM (expandable with an additional 12GB RAM) and 512GB internal storage. In addition to having a 9-layer cooling system with a vapor chamber (VC) of 4500mm² and an additional graphite layer of 9953mm² for good heat transfer even during heavy use.
The main dual-camera used consists of 50MP with a Sony LYT-600 sensor that has OIS. It is also accompanied by an 8MP ultra-wide lens with an aperture of f/2.2 for better landscape shots. There are also AI-based features available that are not only believed to be able to improve the photography experience to a better level. For example AI Ultra Clarity, which improves resolution and clarity in blurry photos. Then AI Smart Removal that allows users to remove unwanted objects from images.
The front camera is 32MP for selfies and video calls. A 52000mAh battery is used supporting 80W SuperVOOC fast charging. In addition to having IP65 waterproofing, Dolby Atmos stereo audio system, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2 and dual-frequency GPS in an effort to ensure fast connectivity.
