Amazon is already well-known for their digital reader offerings under the Kindle brand. Today, Amazon introduced updates to its Kindle offering, including for the first time introducing a Kindle with a color screen.
Named Kindle Colorsoft, it offers many of the popular features of the Kindle, and at the same time offers a color experience similar to that of regular paper. It uses Kaleido's E-Ink technology, as well as battery life support of up to eight weeks of use. Amazon also states that this new digital reader offers wireless charging support, and at the same time includes waterproof support for use in wet conditions such as when at the beach or camping.
For now, Kindle is still not officially offered in Malaysia. However, as an alternative maybe you can try Kobo which also offers a color screen for local users.
