The Huawei Pura 80 series will be officially launched globally on July 10 in Dubai. This flagship smartphone was launched in China two weeks ago with the Kirin 9020 chip and an innovative camera system where two lenses use the same camera sensor.
The device is rumored to be marketed in Asia, Africa and Latin America only. It is very likely that the Pura 80 series will enter the Malaysian market because our country is one of the largest markets for Huawei devices. In fact, all Pura and Mate models have previously entered the Malaysian market.
Other interesting features of the Pura 80 series are the Xmage camera system, an improved operating system and the ability to conduct satellite communications. Some of these features may not be offered to foreign markets because they require the new HarmonyOS operating system which as far as we know is only for the Chinese market so far.
