Jennie Kim, a member of the BLACKPINK group, has introduced a new typeface called ‘ZEN SERIF’.
This typeface was developed with Meta and is the first Korean script typeface that can be used in the Instagram Edits app.
ZEN SERIF is designed with minimal decoration to highlight basic shapes while balancing minimalist elements with subtle curves. This approach results in a clean, modern design that is easy to use in a variety of visual contexts.
This typeface can be downloaded for free via the official OA Entertainment website and several other platforms. It is also integrated into the Edits app, allowing users to use this typeface directly in their social media content such as Reels.
In a related development, Edits also received new updates that help improve the content creator experience. Among them are hundreds of new sound effects and a feature to display Reels performance in PDF form to share with involved partners.
This addition makes Edits a more attractive platform in line with the launch of the ZEN SERIF typeface inspired by Jennie Blackpink.
