Mozilla today introduced a new mascot for their popular web browser brand, Firefox. Mozilla calls it Kit, and is marketed as a user companion for the new internet era. The new mascot is said to be designed with today’s era of artificial intelligence in mind, in addition to offering a friendly and cheerful mascot.
Interestingly, Mozilla says Kit is not a fox or a red panda, but rather Kit is a unique Firefox creature, but brings elements from both fox and red panda, including the element of fire.
With the introduction of this Kit, we may see various Firefox marketing begin to use it more widely, including seeing graphics in the web browser also include this mascot element.
