Good news for hardcore gamers, Acer is now introducing a new line of gaming monitors in Malaysia. Four models are offered, namely the Predator X27U F5 with a display of up to 500Hz, the Predator X34 X5 with a refresh rate of 240Hz, the Acer Nitro KG243YU P1 with a refresh rate of 144Hz and the Acer Nitro KG273U P1 which also offers a refresh rate of 144Hz.
The Predator X27U F5 is a gaming monitor designed specifically for competitive gamers. It comes with a 26.5″ WQHD OLED display that supports a refresh rate of 500Hz and a response time of 0.03ms.
With Dynamic Frequency And Resolution technology, the DisplayPort connection allows users to switch between a refresh rate of 500Hz at FHD resolution or WQHD 60Hz for a sharper display.
This monitor also supports the DCI-P3 99% color gamut with Delta E<2 to ensure high color accuracy. It is also certified with AMD FreeSync Premium Pro and VESA DisplayHDR True Black 500, which produces a smoother experience with contrast and deep blacks.
I/O options include HDMI 2.1, DisplayPort 1.4 and USB-C. The design is equipped with an adjustable Predator ErgoStand for personal comfort.
The Predator X34 OLED is a 34-inch UWQHD OLED 240Hz gaming monitor with an 1800R curvature. It is matched with VESA DisplayHDR True Black 400, which offers deep blacks and contrast. With DCI-P3 99% and Delta E<1 color accuracy, the Predator X34 X5 is capable of producing realistic displays.
The display also supports a 0.03ms response time and AMD FreeSync Premium Pro and NVIDIA G-SYNC Compatible technologies, thus minimizing screen tearing. For comfort, the monitor is equipped with an adjustable Predator ErgoStand while I/O options include HDMI 2.1, DisplayPort and USB-C ports with 90W of power.
The Acer Nitro KG243YU P1 is available in two sizes, 23.8 inches and 27 inches. The monitor features a WQHD IPS display that supports HDR10 and a maximum contrast ratio of 100,000,000:1 for better clarity. It also supports a 144Hz refresh rate for smoother viewing.
The monitor is also designed for comfort with adjustable base support (-2° to 13°) and 75mm VESA wall-mount compatibility that allows users to adjust the display settings according to their own freedom.
For those interested, the Predator X27U F5 is priced at RM2,899 with an introductory price of as low as RM2,599 for a limited time. Every purchase also comes with a free gaming mouse.
