Yesterday the Lenovo Legion Go 2 sales price was increased sharply worldwide due to the RAM shortage crisis. Malaysia was also affected by this Windows 11 mobile console receiving a price increase as below.
The smallest increase is RM1260 (up 27%) while the highest increase is RM1720. (up 32%). This is in line with the global price increase of around $600 reported by several western media yesterday.

Meanwhile, the selling price of the ASUS ROG Xbox Ally (16/512GB) is still the same at RM2699 and the ROG Xbox Ally X (24/1000GB) has increased to RM4799 compared to the original price of RM4299 when it was launched in October last year.
However, the ROG Xbox Ally X is already out of stock. Before the Legion Go 2 price increase, it was also out of stock in several markets. While the price increase was expected, the 32% increase was beyond expectations. The PlayStation 5 also received a global price increase last week, but the new price in Malaysia has not yet been announced by Sony.
