Due to the US conflict and war in the Middle East, it has had a negative impact on the population around the world. One of them involves the price of oil that has increased sharply since the US attacked Iran. This has led to an increase in prices for various services and other sectors.
Most recently, Ninja Van announced that, effective April 13, 2026, they will impose a surcharge of RM1.95 per kilogram. This surcharge will be applied to every successful delivery.
Ninja Van also said that they will look at and review the price of this additional surcharge every week, and inform users accordingly. Previously, Pos Malaysia has also said that it will impose a surcharge for deliveries by them, due to a similar crisis.
