Oppo today officially introduced their flagship phone globally, the Oppo Find X9 Ultra. Two versions are offered in Malaysia, namely with 12GB RAM and 512GB storage priced at RM6799, and 16GB RAM and 1TB storage priced at RM7799.
Oppo Find X9 Ultra focuses on the camera capabilities of the phone, powered by a 200MP Hasselblad dual camera, in addition to a 10x 50-megapixel telephoto camera. This combination offers very high recording quality using this camera – matched with editing support and several special recording modes through it – including in RAW format.
In addition to good specifications, as well as good software and hardware support, Oppo also provides a special kit that gives more control over shooting, including for zooming in and recording long-distance images via an additional lens.
Oppo also states that this device comes with good video shooting support, including the best cinematic recording on an Oppo device to date, allowing for 4K 60fps Dolby Vision HDR recording, or at 8K 30fps. And for more comprehensive editing, users can also record it with O-Log2 support, in addition to offering 3D Lut creative control. Oppo also states that they are working with Meta, in better optimizing for video sharing to Instagram from the Oppo Find X9 Ultra.
In terms of specifications, the Oppo Find X9 Ultra comes with a 6.82-inch QHD+ AMOLED screen with a 144Hz refresh rate, Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip, 7050mAh battery, and 100W fast charging support. It also comes with IP66, IP68 and IP69 waterproof and dustproof support. Complementing this smartphone is the latest Android operating system with the ColorOS 16 interface.
