MediaTek, the chipmaker behind the Dimensity, Helio and Pentonic chipsets, today teased a new branding called “One MediaTek” that will apparently introduce powerful AI processing offerings in consumer-grade devices.
One MediaTek appears to focus AI processing capabilities from consumer devices like laptops to processors that will power cloud servers and AI.

One MediaTek appears to focus AI processing capabilities from consumer devices like laptops to processors that will power cloud servers and AI.
It is currently unknown if this announcement has anything to do with NVIDIA's upcoming announcement regarding their NVIDIA N1 series of processor chips, which are expected to power consumer laptops that are expected to be used not only for AI system development, but also for gaming purposes supported on the Windows For Arm operating system.
Our expectation is that MediaTek will make an announcement regarding their own processor chips, as well as provide some information about their involvement in the development of the NVIDIA N1 chip. MediaTek will be present with their own booth at the Computex Taipei 2026 event, and will showcase their latest offerings there.
