A few months ago, we reported that the RHB Mobile Banking app would no longer be supported on devices still using the Android 10 and iOS 15 operating systems starting June 1. RHB Bank has recently issued a reminder about the matter, as well as a new feature related to the security of your account when making online payments with their bank accounts.
Starting June 2026, the RHB Mobile Banking app will introduce biometric verification as an online payment verification feature in addition to the Secure Plus verification feature used to verify payments previously.
The RHB Mobile Banking app is expected to come with an update to the interface and additional security support starting June 1, and for the bank's customers, it is advised that you update the banking app as soon as possible when it is offered later.
