Shokz OpenFit Pro was launched in Malaysia a while ago. It is advertised as an open wireless earphone that can offer almost all the features you want from an audio accessory of this type. It is also suitable for use when exercising whether outdoors or in the gym.
Shokz OpenFit Pro uses a pair of 11 × 20 mm audio drivers with a dual diaphragm design that can reach up to 40kHz. It is also equipped with a three-microphone system with an Ear-Adaptive algorithm that can reduce up to 99.4% of background noise, ensuring that audio quality remains clear in various conditions.
The entire material is made of aerospace-grade aluminum with a special coating and premium aluminum alloy construction. Meanwhile, the ear hook part uses a thin nickel-titanium alloy to ensure good stability. Then, Shokz Ultra-Soft Silicone 2.0 material is also used to provide all-day comfort.
Shokz also equips these earphones with advanced audio technology that includes Shokz SuperBoost and DirectPitch 3.0 which work to produce clear sound. In addition, it supports Dolby Atmos with head tracking function for a deeper spatial audio experience. In terms of sound control, users can choose between five EQ settings in addition to creating two profiles that can be changed according to needs.
Quick tethering can be made via Bluetooth 6.1 which also supports the MultiPoint Pairing function for support for connection to two devices simultaneously. These earphones also support smart detection which allows music to be played or paused automatically when worn or removed.
In terms of durability, the battery can last up to 12 hours for each earphone and up to 50 hours in total with the charging pod without ANC support. For those interested, the Shokz OpenFit Pro is sold in Malaysia at RM1,199 with black and white color options.
