The Samsung Galaxy Watch9 design is believed to be almost the same as the Galaxy Watch8 including the sensor components on the back. In terms of appearance, there are not many drastic changes that can be seen as shown through several viral images.
However, this time Samsung has made major changes to the internals by changing the processor to the Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear Elite and no longer using the Exynos W1000 (3 nm) chip. This move is expected to provide better performance, more efficient battery usage and be a significant improvement compared to the previous watch series.
At the same time, the use of Snapdragon Wear Elite can also be considered a major upgrade because previously the Exynos chip was often criticized as being less powerful for wearable devices. With this change, the Galaxy Watch9 is expected to offer a smoother and more durable experience.
In addition, this watch will come in two sizes, namely 40mm with Cream and Graphite color options and 44mm with Silver and Graphite color options. Samsung will also offer Bluetooth and LTE models but again it is believed that there will be no 5G version provided. For a more personal style, a variety of band color options will be available to allow users to style the watch according to their own taste.
