Huawei Mate 90 Joins the Lineup with Kirin 9030 and 6600 mAh Battery




The Huawei Mate 90 was also launched today, featuring specifications that are more modest compared to the Mate 90 Pro and Mate 90 Pro Max. It sports a 6.75-inch OLED LTPO 120Hz display with a peak brightness of 12,000 nits and P3 color support. It is powered by the Kirin 9030 chip, 12GB of RAM, and up to 1TB of storage, backed by a 6600 mAh battery that supports 66W wired and 50W wireless charging.



The main camera setup consists of a 50MP RYYB lens with a variable aperture (f/1.4–4.0), a 40MP RYYB ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP RYYB telephoto lens with 4x optical zoom; the system utilizes XMAGE technology. On the front, there is a 13MP selfie camera paired with a 3D sensor, which enables facial recognition for device unlocking. A side-mounted fingerprint scanner integrated into the power button is also included.



The device runs on the latest HarmonyOS 7. Additional features include a stereo audio system, IP69 water and dust resistance, NFC, Bluetooth 6.0, satellite communication capabilities, and an infrared blaster. The body is constructed from aluminum, while the rear panel features a patterned finish.
