All purchases made using CIMB debit cards (both online and in-store) via MyDebit, Visa, and Mastercard will be affected during the following periods:
17 October 2026 (Saturday) from 12:00 midnight to 5:00 AM
20 October 2026 (Tuesday) from 12:00 midnight to 7:30 AM
21 October 2026 (Wednesday) from 12:00 midnight to 5:00 AM
As an alternative, customers may use CIMB credit cards (on 17 October 2026), or FPX, DuitNow, DuitNow QR, or CIMB credit cards (on 20 and 21 October 2026), as appropriate. CIMB apologizes for any inconvenience caused by this maintenance and appreciates the public's patience during this period. To minimize disruption, customers are advised to plan their payment activities in accordance with the scheduled maintenance times.
