Game developer RI is again showing off, with a new project being worked on titled 'Project Buramato'. As the developer who also created Pulang Insanity, Ozysoft, embeds a story from the Dayak Paser, one of the tribes in Kalimantan.
They try to get as many references as possible, from North to South, East to West Kalimantan, to create the magical world of Buramato. This information is officially shared by them through a video devlog that starts with their horror game update.
They told the fans not to get their hopes up too high with this project.
"We are a small team of six members working on this project now, we are small, have very limited resources and capabilities," wrote Ozysoft Management.
He revealed not to compare it with Zelda and Genshin, which were developed by game company AAA. There are similarities, however, only in the artistic direction and sub-genre of Open World.
"But you don't have to worry, because we are still doing our best to provide the best experience for Project Buramato," he added.
Therefore, Ozysoft plans to open an open trial in Q4 2021. So, gamers can give their opinion regarding the improvements that should be adjusted in this project.
Unfortunately, there is no definite information regarding the release date and what platform it will go to. Ozysoft just said that this game is targeted for multiplatform.
"As we said before, we are a small team with limited resources. Many things can be changed during the development process. The game itself is still in the pre-alpha stage," wrote Ozysoft Management.
However, it's worth the wait. Considering that they have successfully developed the Indonesian horror game Pulang Insanity Director's Cut.
