Dark Mode Feature on Google Search Desktop Version Ready to Launch

The dark mode feature or dark mode is identical to use on smartphones, but now this feature has begun to be presented on desktop/computer-based applications or websites.

This dark mode feature was also tested by Google in December 2020 and now this feature will be ready for use for all users.

Google is making some changes to its search page or Google Search on desktop. Thus the user can choose to enable dark mode.

This feature is similar to Google Search on iOS and Android smartphone devices which already have the dark mode feature. So, its presence on the desktop is expected to make users more comfortable browsing the internet with Google Search.

To activate this feature, users can go to settings on the main page of Google Search, click settings > display > then there is an option for dark mode.

For another way users also find settings in the search results page where they can click on the gear icon and there is an option for dark mode display.

This feature has been rolled out gradually to all users. Google also said that it was in the process of making all users able to use it.
