How to Work Under Display Camera on Galaxy Z Fold3 5G

Samsung launched its newest folding screen phone, the Galaxy Z Fold3 5G, with a series of innovations. One of them is the under-display camera technology or the under-screen camera which was first present on a folding screen phone.

This bottom camera is placed on the main screen of the Galaxy Z Fold3 5G. With this technology, the Infinity Flex Display screen on the Galaxy Z Fold3 5G is not just a metaphor because it actually presents a borderless screen.

This borderless screen was created because the Galaxy Z Fold3 5G no longer carries the punch hole design used in the previous generation. Samsung also replaced it with under-screen camera technology.

To bring this technology, Samsung has designed it in such a way by reducing the number of pixels on top of the camera. In addition, the pixel spacing at the top of the camera is also optimized to allow light to still enter the camera gap.

This camera hole will only be clearly visible when the user activates the camera to take a selfie. That way, the screen will look wider when used to watch, play games, make video calls, to use facial recognition more seamlessly.

The camera under the screen itself has a resolution of 4 MP. This resolution is said to be sufficient for activities such as video calls and facial recognition.

All this can be enjoyed thanks to the Galaxy Z Fold3 5G screen measuring 7.6 inches and a resolution of 2208 x 1768 pixels. Users can also experience a smoother and more responsive screen thanks to the 120Hz adaptive refresh rate.

The experience of using the Galaxy Z Fold3 5G is also more complete with the use of the latest Eco screen technology. This technology increases screen brightness up to 29% but with lower screen consumption.

The Galaxy Z Fold3 5G is priced in (12GB/256GB) and (12GB/512GB) variants with three color choices, namely Phantom Black, Phantom Green, and Phantom Silver.
