Samsung released the Galaxy Z Fold3 5G as the first folding screen phone to use under-screen camera technology. But that's not the only advanced camera feature that the Galaxy Z Fold3 5G carries.
The Galaxy Z Fold3 5G is equipped with five cameras placed in three different positions. On the front cover there is a 10 MP camera with f/2.2 aperture, and on the inside there is a 4 MP camera placed under the screen.
On the back there are three cameras consisting of a 12 MP Wide camera with an f/1.8 aperture, a 12 MP Ultra Wide camera with an f/2.2 aperture, and a 12 MP Tele camera that can take photos with 2x optical zoom.
This cutting-edge camera specifications are certainly equipped with features that are no less sophisticated. Thanks to its folding screen design, the Galaxy Z Fold3 5G can be used to take photos in various modes, for example taking selfies using the rear camera while viewing the results on the cover screen.
In addition, users can also take advantage of the Dual Preview feature to review the filters, effects, and AR doodles used in the cover screen before editing them on the main screen. There is also an auto framing feature that can detect four people in one frame and frame them with the appropriate composition.
Utilizing its folding screen, the Galaxy Z Fold3 5G is also equipped with the Capture View Mode feature. If activated when taking photos, this feature will divide the Galaxy Z Fold3 5G screen into two which displays the viewfinder on the right side, and the photo preview on the left side.
Thanks to this feature, users can immediately see photos that have just been taken without the need to enter the Gallery. Users can view up to 100 photos in this mode to be deleted or shared instantly.
All these photography features can be enjoyed on the 7.6-inch Infinity Flex Display screen that uses a 2X Dynamic AMOLED panel. The cover screen on the front is also made bigger, becoming 6.2 inches. Both the cover screen and the main screen of the Galaxy Z Fold3 5G are equipped with a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate.
The Galaxy Z Fold3 5G is presented in variants (12GB/256GB) and (12GB/512GB) with three color choices, namely Phantom Black, Phantom Green, and Phantom Silver.
