Samsung has brought back 5G phones at affordable prices on the market. After last month launching the Galaxy A52s 5G, this time they presented the Galaxy M52 5G.
Product Marketing Manager of Samsung Electronics said this is the first Galaxy M phone on the market to support 5G networks.
The Galaxy M52 5G will complement Samsung's line of low-cost 5G phones. Previously there were Galaxy A22 5G, Galaxy A32 5G, and Galaxy A52s 5G.
So if we trace back, there were M32, M22, M12, M62. Meanwhile, the Galaxy M52 5G will be the first M series smartphone to use the 5G network.
Ilham said the Galaxy M52 5G is intended for users who have high productivity. Therefore this phone is equipped with the Snapdragon 778G chipset which can help users to multitask easily.
This chipset is claimed to bring a performance increase of up to 40% compared to the Snapdragon 768G. The kitchen is equipped with 8GB RAM and 128GB ROM, as well as RAM Plus support which can increase RAM capacity up to 4GB.
This feature was first introduced on the Galaxy A52s 5G and this is the first time it has been brought to the Galaxy M line. Ilham said that this feature will make it easier for users to open several applications at once, to run heavy games.
"Well, the RAM Plus feature in the Galaxy M52 5G can be said to provide flexibility when we need applications that run simultaneously without us having to close the application," explained Ilham.
To support its performance, the Galaxy M52 5G is equipped with a 5,000 mAh battery and 25W fast charging. According to Ilham, this large capacity battery will help users work, study and enjoy daily entertainment.
Even though it is in the Galaxy M line, Samsung presents a capable screen on the Galaxy M52 5G. This phone has a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED panel with HD + resolution and 120Hz refresh rate.
For photography, the Galaxy M52 5G is equipped with three rear cameras consisting of a 64 MP main camera, a 12 MP ultra wide camera and a 5 MP macro. To take selfies, there is a 32 MP front camera placed in the punch-hole in the center of the screen.
The Samsung Galaxy M52 5G comes in three color options, namely light blue, black and white. The Galaxy M52 5G has gone on sale starting today, Monday, October 25.
