When the iPhone 13 was launched some time ago, many netizens welcomed it coldly because it was considered not to bring major changes compared to its predecessor. Apparently the same opinion was also expressed by Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak.
In an interview with Yahoo Finance, Wozniak said he found it difficult to distinguish the iPhone 13 from the previous generation iPhone.
"I have a new iPhone; I really can't tell the difference. The software in it can be used on older iPhones, I think and that's a good part," Wozniak said, as quoted by Yahoo Finance, Monday (1/11/2021). ).
iPhone 13 does not bring major changes in terms of design and features. This latest phone from Apple carries the A15 Bionic chipset which brings a slight improvement compared to the A14 Bionic chipset in the iPhone 12.
The camera specifications are also the same, but the sensor size is made larger so that it can capture more light. Apple also claims that the iPhone 13 has a bigger and more durable battery, and the Pro version has a screen with a 120Hz refresh rate.
When asked what update he would like to see on the next iPhone, Wozniak did not answer specifically. But there is one thing that worries him, namely the size of the iPhone is getting bigger.
"I was worried about the size and the size ... but I didn't study it. I only like it when the product is good," says Wozniak.
This is not the first time Wozniak has expressed his disappointment with the new iPhone. In 2017, the creator of the Apple I computer said that the iPhone X would be the first iPhone he didn't buy on launch day.
"I prefer to wait and see. I'm happy with my iPhone 8 -- which is the same as with the iPhone 7, which is the same as the iPhone 6, for me," Wozniak said at the time.
