Poco X4 Will Soon Be Released, Comes in 4 Variants

It's been more than a year since Poco released the Poco X3 NFC on the market. Now, they are preparing its successor, which may be called the Poco X4, to be launched next year.

Based on leaks from Xiaomiui and 91Mobiles, Poco X4 will come in four variants. First, there are Poco X4 and Poxo X4 NFC which have been registered in the IMEI database with codes 2201116PI and 2201116PG, as quoted from GSM Arena, Sunday (11/28/2021).

The standard version of the Poco X4 is aimed at the Indian market, while the Poco X4 NFC will be launched for the global market. Xiaomiui says the Poco X4 and Poco X4 NFC will be launched as rebranded versions of the Redmi Note 11 Pro which was launched in China some time ago.

Meanwhile, the other two variants are the Poco X4 GT and the Poco X4 Pro. So, all models in the Poco X3 line will get a successor phone.

In the leak, 91mobiles said the Poco X4 NFC will launch globally in the first quarter of 2022, so sometime in January-March 2022. During the same period, the standard edition Poco X4 will launch in India.

The Poco X4 GT will be launched globally and will not be released in India. It is not yet known when this phone will be released, but what is certain is after the Poco X4 and Poco X4 NFC.

Lastly, the Poco X4 Pro will be launched globally, including in India. This phone will be the last Poco X4 model to be launched, but the launch schedule is not yet known.

If the Poco X4 and Poco X4 NFC really become rebranded versions of the Redmi Note 11 Pro, then these two phones will be equipped with a 6.67-inch AMOLED screen with FHD + resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate.

The chipset will use the MediaTek Dimensity 920 with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal memory. The rear camera will consist of a 108 MP main camera, an 8 MP ultrawide lens, and a 2 MP macro lens. The battery has a capacity of 5160 mAh with 67W fast charging.
