The Fastest Order Internet Speed in Southeast Asia

The internet connection testing service provider site, Speedtest, has re-released the latest internet speed ranking in the world. Is this time the position is better or worse?

Speedtest announced that starting next year the rankings will be based on average download speed, no longer based on average performance.

Even so, the average performance is still provided today as it determines the global internet speed and the ranking of each country. We also want to be consistent as has been reported in the previous month.
