Locked Facebook Account, Calm Down There is a Live Chat Feature

Have you ever had an unpleasant experience when your Facebook account was locked. You will find it difficult to recover the account because of the difficulty of contacting Facebook support.

Where, many users have complained that they have not yet received a response from Facebook for the locking of their accounts

To help streamline the process and make it easier, Facebook's parent company Meta has announced that it will be rolling out a new live chat feature for Facebook that will make it easier for users locked out of their accounts to chat with customer support.

"In the Facebook app specifically, we're also starting to test live chat assistance for some English-speaking users globally, including content creators, who have been locked out of their accounts." write the Meta statement as reported by us from Ubergizmo, Wednesday (15/12/2021).

"This first test focuses on those who are unable to access their accounts due to unusual activity or whose accounts have been suspended due to Community Standards violations."

As a side note this is only for English speaking users, but maybe Meta will eventually expand support to cover more users who speak other languages.
