The Samsung Galaxy S21 FE will reportedly only be launched next month. But this long-delayed phone has made an appearance in several unboxing videos.
One of them is through unboxing and hands-on videos uploaded by YouTuber from Italy HDBlog on YouTube. This video shows almost all the details of the Galaxy S21 FE.
The first part that is shown is the contents of the sales box. Just like the Galaxy S21 line, the sales box for the Galaxy S21 FE only contains a USB-C cable, ejector pin, and some user manual.
Headphones and charger adapters appear absent from the box, although it was rumored that they would be available. This minimalist sales box is certainly intended to make cellphones more environmentally friendly.
The Galaxy S21 FE unboxed by HDBlog comes in graphite color. In addition to these colors, the Galaxy S21 FE is also rumored to be available in olive, lavender, and white colors.
The physical appearance of the Galaxy S21 FE looks similar to the Galaxy S21 series. At the back there is a camera module that is integrated with the side.
While on the front there is a flat screen with a punch hole in the middle. The bezels on all four sides look quite thin.
HDBlog also shares some key specifications of the Galaxy S21 FE. The screen uses a 6.4-inch Dynamic AMOLED panel with a refresh rate of 120Hz.
The Galaxy S21 FE unit held by HDBlog carries the Snapdragon 888 chipset. However, in some other countries this phone will launch with the Exynos 2100 chipset, as quoted from SamMobile, Sunday (12/26/2021).
Meanwhile, a YouTuber from Vietnam also uploaded an unboxing video of the Galaxy S21 FE but then made it private. Fortunately, Twitter user @chunvn8888 was able to download the video and share it on social media.
The YouTuber confirmed that the back of the Galaxy S21 FE uses a plastic material. The phone runs One UI 4.0 based on Android 12.
The Galaxy S21 FE has a rear camera consisting of a 12 MP main camera, a 12 MP ultrawide camera, and an 8 MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom. On the front there is a 32 MP camera for taking selfies, as quoted from Android Authority, Friday (12/24/2021).
The YouTuber said the Galaxy S21 FE will come with 6GB and 8GB RAM, as well as 128GB and 256GB internal memory options. The battery has a capacity of 4,500 mAh with 25W fast charging.
It seems that now the information about the Galaxy S21 FE that is still a mystery is its price and availability. Samsung itself will reportedly introduce the Galaxy S21 FE at the event before the 2022 Consumer Electronic Show (CES) in January.
