Galaxy S22+ 'Official' Look and Great Spec Leaks

 


The Galaxy S22 will soon be launched by Samsung as the successor to the Galaxy S21 and of course targeting the premium smartphone market. Reportedly there will be three variants of the swing, namely Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+ and finally the highest version, Galaxy S22 Ultra.

Well, the latest leak is claimed to present an 'official' rendering of the Galaxy S22+ which means it is the original form. It looks like the Galaxy S22+ uses a pinch hole style front camera. The power and volume buttons are on the right side.


As quoted by us from Phone Arena, Monday (17/1/2022) it is reported that the Galaxy S22+ will use metal material. On the back, there are three camera units along with an LED flash on the side. The Samsung logo is at the bottom.



In this latest leak, the S22+ will carry the Exynos 2200 engine. In previous rumors, this handset in some markets will carry the powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chip. This different processor strategy has long been carried out by this South Korean technology giant.


Then the main camera is 50 megapixel wide angle with Adaptive Pixel technology to shoot in 108 MP and 12 MP modes.


In terms of weight, the Galaxy S22+ is slightly heavier than its predecessor at 195 grams. The Galaxy S22 weighs 167 grams and the Galaxy S22 Ultra 228 grams.


Lastly, the battery has a capacity of 4,500 mAh. According to South Korean media Digital Daily, Samsung will hold the Galaxy Unpacked 2022 event on February 8 online. At the first Galaxy Unpacked event this year, they will announce the Galaxy S22 series.


"We have confirmed that the event will be held on February 8 and we discussed the schedule for distributing invitations at the end of January," Samsung officials told Digital Daily.
