MotoGP racer Aleix Espargaro did not hesitate to buy an XL Axiata starter pack around the Mandalika Circuit, West Nusa Tenggara. For XL Axiata, this is an exciting moment.
Espargaro, who was wearing a road bike-style sports outfit, took the time to stop by the Moonstar Cell pulse counter, which is located on Jalan Wisata, Pujut, Central Lombok.
Hendra Purnawan as the owner of the credit counter was certainly surprised by who came to this place of business. He also shared it on Instagram stories and went viral.
Apart from Espargaro, Fabio Quartararo was also observed buying starter packs at Moonstar Cell.
Responding to Alex Espargaro who bought the XL Axiata starter pack, XL Axiata's Group Head Corporate Communications, Tri Wahyuningsih, expressed his joy in choosing the Spanish rider.
"XL Axiata is certainly happy to have become the operator chosen by MotoGP racers who are conducting pre-season tests at the Mandalika Circuit, Lombok," Ayu told us, Friday (11/2/2022).
XL Axiata admits that as a cellular operator with the largest share in Lombok, the party has prepared the best network and services, especially welcoming the MotoGP event, which is an international class motorcycle race.
"The trust of the racers is a challenge for us to really maximize the quality of the network in Lombok," said Ayu.
"For this reason, since long ago, XL Axiata has placed a special technical team in charge of ensuring the quality of the network around the Mandalika area. In fact, work on improving the quality of the network is still being carried out in order to support the Mandalika MotoGP celebration in March 2022," he said.
The pre-season test or the MotoGP 2022 Official Test at the Mandalika Circuit will be held on 11-13 February 2022. Both racers and crew are already present in Lombok.
The racers and crew will follow the travel bubble scheme policy during activities at the Mandalika Circuit. Their activities will be limited according to the protocol for handling COVID-19 and for a specified time duration.
The MotoGP test session at Mandalika was launched from 10.00 - 17.45 WITA. The racers continued the agenda with a 15-minute training session until 18.00 WITA.
Currently, tickets for the MotoGP motorbike race at the Mandalika Circuit, Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara, are available. Meanwhile, the actual race will be presented on March 18-20, 2022.
