3. Employee's Right to Choose Appropriate Working Hours
The working hours in question are as follows:
Each employee is required to work a maximum of 7 hours per day, and 40 hours per week for 6 working days/week; or
8 hours per day and 40 hours per week for 5 working days per week.
If the employee works more than the specified hours, it must be counted as overtime.
4. Employee's Right to Get Leave
Every employee who works after some time is entitled to leave.
For female employees, menstrual leave applies to women who are undergoing their menstrual period. If they feel sick during menstruation, then they are obliged to report to their superiors, and are given the right to leave or not have to work on the first and second days.
5. Rights for female employees who give birth
In addition to getting time off during menstruation, female employees also get the right to rest before giving birth.
Female employees are entitled to 1.5 months of rest before giving birth. However, when a female employee miscarries, they are also entitled to a rest leave at the same time, which is 1.5 months.
