Not only that, a row of wealth owned by both will be confiscated and threatened with impoverishment.

These two young men are suspects in the binary options case. From the Binomo case that ensnared Indra Kenz, there were 14 victims who reported to the police. The loss of the 14 victims reached Rp. 25 billion.


Then from Quotex affiliate Doni Salmanan, there are two people who have reported and the amount of the loss has not been disclosed. This is because the police are still investigating the case.


Previously, it was revealed that Doni Salmanan had 25,000 members on the Telegram application. The police suspect that the 25,000 members are active members. Until now, there are a total of 25 witnesses in the Doni Salmanan case and the police will still examine a number of other witnesses.

Addressing the victims of the cases of Indra Kenz and Doni Salmanan, the police advised the victims of binary options to form an association.


This is done so that their money can be returned and not confiscated by the state. Given the many victims and the number was not kidding.


"To the victims, we suggest forming a joint community. So don't take care of yourself. Then appoint their legal representatives and take an inventory of the investments they have made," said the National Police Chief of Criminal Investigation Unit, Komjem Agus Andrianto, in a press conference.


After gathering and appointing their legal counsel, together they can later submit to the court so that the confiscated assets of Indra and Doni can be returned to the victims.


"Then together we will submit to the court so that all confiscated assets will be returned to the community formed by the victims of these fraudulent investments," he continued.



Police Remind Victims to Be Patient and Don't Miss Joining the Community

In his press conference, Komjen Agus Andrianto reminded and asked the victims to be patient until the court's decision. He also said that there should be no victims who do not participate in this community.


"Then a court decision will be given and it will be decided later. Where will the money be given, if it is not confiscated by the state," he explained.


"So I urge you to form an association, then make an inventory of the assets. Don't let anything be missed because if it's too late and has been divided, but there are still victims who haven't got it, it could be a problem later," said Komjen Agus Andrianto.
