Mandatory time is the time when the payment of zakat fitrah is obligatory, i.e. when a person gets part or a little of the month of Ramadan and a little of the month of Shawwal or the night of takbiran.
Sunnah time is the time span between when the month of Ramadan enters until before the Eid prayer.
Mbah time is from the beginning of the month of Ramadan to the last day of Ramadan.
