We all know that the body needs 2 liters of water every day. The problem is, understanding does not necessarily do it. Every breastfeeding mother needs to consume 2.3 – 2.5 liters of water plus fluids from foods such as fruits and vegetables, so that the total fluid intake of pregnant women is 3 liters per day according to the National Academy of Medicine. Good hydration in pregnant women can reduce complaints in pregnancy such as nausea, vomiting, constipation, dry skin and certainly adequate amniotic fluid.


What about special conditions like when fasting now?

According to research, fasting does not affect fetal growth, so it's safe as long as you really pay attention to the nutrients that enter the body. Here are tips to meet the fluid needs of pregnant women while fasting:
