The presence of this mini-sized tablet was announced by Realme at the MWC 2022 last March. Vice President of Realme & President of Realme International Business Group Madhav Sheth said that currently Realme is carrying a '1 + 5 + T' ecosystem strategy consisting of mobile phones, audio, wearables, laptops, TVs and tablets.
"There will be a line of tablets from Realme. We have already launched a tablet that is about 11 inches or 12 inches in size," Madhav said in an interview with us ahead of Mobile World Congress 2022.
"We will also launch a 5G tablet and launch an entry-level tablet measuring 8 inches. So we will launch a complete line of tablets and laptops this year," he continued at the time.
