Three years after releasing the forwarding limit feature for users in several countries such as Brazil and Indonesia, now Whatsapp will launch the feature globally.
Launching from 9to5Mac, Wednesday (6/4/2022) according to a report from WABetaInfo, this message forward restriction feature is already available in beta version 22.7.0.76 on WhatsApp iOS.

With this limitation feature, WhatsApp users can only forward one forwarded message at a time. In Brazil, WhatsApp distinguishes messages that are forwarded once from messages that have been forwarded several times. Broadcasts that are spread repeatedly are marked as 'forwarded many times' which is an indication of spam, misinformation and hoaxes.
WhatsApp messages typed by a user can only be shared up to five times. Meanwhile, forwarded messages can only be forwarded again once.
