Asus has now announced the world’s first monitor to come with a 500Hz refresh rate, the Asus ROG Swift 500Hz Gaming Monitor.
This panel comes in collaboration with NVIDIA, as well as including G-Sync support. This monitor will be shown at the Computex 2022 event later.
The monitor comes with a 24-inch screen at 1080p resolution, as well as includes modes like G-Sync Esport for use when competing with other peers. Asus says it uses the Esports TN screen panel, which offers a better response rate than regular TN panels.
A number of games are expected to be able to enjoy the benefits of this 500Hz refresh rate, especially fast -moving action games, such as CS: Go, Valorant and even Overwatch.
For now, the sale price and sale date have not been announced yet by Asus.
