Google Maps Immersive View Shows The Actual Condition Of The Area At Different Times And Weather

When using Google Maps, I like to choose Street View mode to see for myself what the area I want to visit looks like. Street View will typically only show conditions during the day. But this is often different from situations at night which may be busier or less safe. So to give you a real view of an area, Google Maps now comes with an Immersive View feature.

With Immersive View the user can choose to see the actual view of the area at a specific time. The level of traffic congestion, shops and security conditions can be seen for yourself before you travel. In addition to time, users can also select weather conditions.

Immersive View also provides a view as if flying inside a certain restaurant before you make a reservation to eat. Immersive View is currently supported in the cities of Los Angeles, London, New York, and San Francisco first before Tokyo arrives by the end of the year.
