The Federal Territory Mufti is now answering one of the many questions, and says the law of conducting online buying and selling transactions during Friday prayers is illegal.
This is because it can distract a person from focusing on Friday prayers. This is also the same as doing regular buying and selling transactions and the like that can be overlooked.
The prohibition of this transaction starts the second call to prayer for Friday prayers and the imam is on the pulpit as happened in the time of the Prophet (SAW).
Mufti WP advised Muslims to stay away from this offense and conduct sale and purchase transactions after the end of Friday prayers.
