The introduction of the Oppo Pad over the course of the day marks Oppo’s involvement into the tablet segment. Recently, we reported that Oppo will come with a new tablet. Known as the Oppo Pad Air, it has now been listed through the Oppo online store in China.
The tablet will be officially launched in conjunction with the Oppo Reno8 on May 23, 2022. It is also seen to come with some of the same elements as its predecessor for its design. Simply put, the back panel is trimmed with different striped finishes according to the color variations offered. According to Oppo, it will be marketed as a thin and light tablet.
For specifications, the Oppo Pad Air will use a 2K resolution LCD screen with a standard 60Hz refresh rate. It is then matched with a Snapdragon 680 chip, memory of up to 6GB of RAM and internal storage of up to 128GB. Also complementing it, a 7100mAh battery that supports 18W charging. Other specifications include an 8MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera.
