YouTube introduced two new features today that will make the video viewing experience even more engaging. They introduced a graph on a video player tray that showed parts of the video that were frequently played by other viewers. With this graphic the viewer can easily see which parts of the video are popular.
Subsequently, the feature of repeating the video many times from within the smartphone application was also introduced after it was previously given as a test to a handful of users. By pressing the gear icon on the app, the Video Loop option can be selected to play one video repeatedly.
As this feature is still new, not all videos on YouTube display graphs of popular sections at this time.
